Sales Manager

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Responsible for supervising and organizing an assigned sales team
  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Conduct sales forecast to determine company financial objectives and target market
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Deliver presentation to potential and existing customers
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prepare concise sales reports
  • Promote the organization and products
  • Conduct analysis and survey of sales territories to make adjustments where necessary
  • Contact customers via calls, emails, and arranged meeting to secure the business
