Area Manager

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and propose sales & promotion planning and sales target to Sales & Operations Manager.
  • Achieve sales volume, distribution, inventory and market returns targets as agreed.
  • Analyze and monitor sale targets closely and ensure that sell through targets are met and feedback the team for prompt reaction toward our competitors.
  • Develops and implements selling strategies with the objective of reaching targets.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manages and builds a strong business relationship with the partners to maximize opportunities, negotiate and grow the business.
  • Motivate and supervise the team to achieve sales and distribution targets.
  • Solve unexpected problem occur between front-line staff and customers, store visit and stock test to ensure company’s objectives are achieved
  • Provide on going coaching to all direct report within the area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
  • Recruit and selection qualified sales team.
  • Handle other assigned projects.
